Thank you for deciding to purchase one of our breeders puppies. We want to make this a stress-free enjoyable experience for you.

Please be certain that you are ready to make the commitment, and financial responsibility for a new puppy, prior to putting a deposit on one.

Please read the agreement completely before putting a deposit on a puppy. By putting a deposit on a puppy, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions within this contract.

Our Guarantee

• It will be up to us, to decide when the puppy will be ready to go to its forever home. Usually at the age of eight weeks, depending on the breed weight of the puppy and how easily it is transitioned to solid foods. We will not, under any circumstances let the puppy leave before it's ready.
• The puppy is guaranteed to be in good condition at the time of adoption.
• The puppy will be up-to-date on standard wellness protocols during delivery. You must continue the protocols. Please do not expose your puppy to other dogs that are not fully protected until he/she has completed the entire schedule, 16-18 weeks old.
• The puppy will have been wellness-checked before the time of adoption. It's your responsibility within the first 72 hours to get your puppy to a professional! The puppy must be examined by a licensed professional within 72 hours of receiving the puppy. You can take the puppy to a care provider of your choice.
• Documentation must be provided to us within 72 hours for the guarantee to be honored. Failure to send documentation will render this guarantee null and void.
• Please note: ALL puppies have common tummy bugs!! We do not cover common digestive issues, which are normal in all puppies.
• If within 72 hours a licensed professional finds the puppy to be unfit for adoption, the puppy may be returned for a replacement puppy , provided the puppy has not been subjected to improper care. The provider must supply a written statement deeming the puppy “unfit for adoption”
• This guarantee does not cover any issues caused by improper care from the buyer.
• This guarantee does not include minor wellness issues such as common sniffles, skin sensitivities, or minor cosmetic spots.
• The breeder cannot assume responsibility for this puppy after 72 hours of the sale. It is the responsibility of the buyer to care for the puppy properly.
• The breeder does not guarantee size. We will give the buyer the weight of the puppy's parents and the weight of other puppies out of that meeting. We can provide the buyer an educated guess as to full-grown weight but there are too many variables besides genetics.
• The Breeder does not guarantee fertility or buyer ability to place in shows.
• All puppies have a 2-year guarantee against any genetic issues. If this should occur, the breeder agrees to replace the puppy with one of the same breed of equal value, same coloring, and around the same size when there is one available. This must be documented by a licensed professional.
• All puppies have a 7 day guarantee on any issues other than those mentioned above, but you MUST activate your enrollment within 24 hours.
• The breeder is not responsible for puppies that experience energy drops after the puppy is in the new owner's possession. They will receive information on what to do if this occurs. Puppy must eat every 3 hours. We recommend a puppy energy supplement given 3 x a day size of a gumdrop.
• The breeder gives a two-year guarantee against any genetic issues of the puppy. Correct testing needs to be done at the buyer's expense by a licensed professional or specialist to identify the issue before the breeder will replace the puppy. Results need to be sent to the breeder's team to ensure proper testing was done. We will then discuss the findings with the buyer's specialist. Once the puppy is proven to have a genetic issue then a replacement puppy will be given when available.
