Picture Perfect Puppies Official Agreement
Thank you for deciding to purchase one of our breeders puppies. We want to make this a stress-free enjoyable experience for you.
Please be certain that you are ready to make the commitment, and financial responsibility for a new puppy, prior to purchase. Please read the health guarantee completely before putting a deposit on a puppy. By purchasing a puppy, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions within this contract.
Health Guarantee Terms
- It will be up to us to decide when the puppy will be ready to go to its forever home. Usually at the age of eight weeks, depending on the breed, weight of the puppy, and how easily it has been weaned from its mother.
- The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale.
- The puppy will be up-to-date on shots and deworming during delivery. You must continue the vaccinations and deworming. Please do not expose your puppy to other unvaccinated dogs or public floors until he/she has completed the entire vaccination schedule, 16-18 weeks old.
- The puppy will have been vaccinated and dewormed before the time of sale. It's your responsibility to get your puppy to the vet for the next set of shots. Please be mindful that the vet is where people take sick dogs and DO NOT put the puppy down anywhere and sanitize your shoes and hands after any vet visits. There are many viral diseases that vets carry so always be very, VERY CAUTIOUS!.
- You must read over the care guide provided by us. It has some very important information that cannot be ignored for the puppies health and wellbeing. Failure to read and acknowledge will void our health guarantee.
- Please note: ALL puppies have parasites/worms!! We do not cover coccidia and/or giardia, which is common in all puppies. We will be sending home a deworming treatment and also have them up-to-date before time of sale. Please note we cannot cover any vet bills for deworming as this is the owners responsibility to keep it up-to-date just like vaccines.
- If a licensed vet finds the puppy to be unhealthy or unfit for sale, the puppy may be returned for a replacement puppy, provided the puppy has not been injured or neglected. The veterinarian must provide a written statement deeming the puppy "unfit for sale".
- This guarantee does not cover any health issues caused by neglect, or injury from the buyer.
- The breeder cannot assume responsibility for this puppy after 72 hours of the sale. It is the responsibility of the buyer to care for the puppy properly and keep it free from harm.
- The breeder DOES NOT guarantee size. We will give the buyer the weight of the puppy's parents and the weight of other puppies out of that meeting. We can provide the buyer an educated guess as to full-grown weight but there are too many variables besides genetics.
- It is mandatory to get follow-up vaccines within 2-3 weeks after purchase with a vet of your choice.
- ALL puppies have a 2-year health guarantee against any congenital defects. If this should occur, the breeder agrees to replace the puppy with one of the same breed of equal value, same coloring, and around the same size when there is one available. This must be documented by a licensed veterinarian.
- The breeder does not guarantee fertility or the buyer's ability to place in shows.
- The breeder is NOT responsible for puppies that develop Hypoglycemia after the puppy is in the new owner's possession. They will receive information on what to do if this occurs. The puppy must eat every 2-4 hours. We recommend giving NUTRICAL high calorie gel for puppies given 3 x a day size of a gumdrop with meals. We will have more information on this in our health guide. Again, you need to read this. It is CRUCIAL because we CANNOT cover hypoglycemia as this is very common in tiny toys and teacup puppies.
- This guarantee does not include minor illnesses and health issues such as ear mites, fleas, colds, kennel cough, allergies, internal or external parasites, or umbilical hernias.
- Due to the nature of live animals, all puppy sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, unless a serious health issue is involved. In the unlikely event that a puppy is diagnosed with a genetic condition, the purchaser will be eligible for a replacement puppy of equal value, pending written verification from a licensed vet. Please note that replacement puppies are provided when available as soon as possible.
- Pet ownership is a serious commitment. We would gladly take back any of our puppies at any time for any reason with no questions asked. However, we will NOT be refunding adoption fees or any other fees for any reason OTHER THAN serious health issues of the puppy. Health issues must be documented by your vet with all tests performed. Please carefully consider your decision to adopt and your ability to care for and raise a puppy in a loving home.
In most cases we are not the breeder of said puppies! We make a small commission depending on the puppy! We are here to ensure everyone is healthy and happy. It is extremely important to make sure your puppy is eating 4-5 times a day! Puppies need naps like babies need to be in a playpen with food and water at all times. We send home dewormer, but we request a fecal done after 3 weeks to ensure all removal of parasites!
NO PUBLIC PLACES until your Puppy is fully vaccinated and rabies. We also recommend spay or neuter around six months.
It is VERY important that you stay in touch with us if a problem occurs. Please don't wait, we need to be notified immediately to help assist the situation!
Please do your research on youtube and on caring for a toy pup! Potty training needs to start at 8-10 weeks, it needs to be very diligent for the first two weeks.
